Shipping policy

Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only.

Processing and shipping times
Staples and Archives ship from Las Vegas within 3 to 5 business days of your order. Drops ship within 5 to 7 business days after the drop closes, since every piece in a run is finished together. A tracking number is sent by email the day your order ships.

Shipping costs
Two options are offered at checkout. Standard shipping is FREE, with delivery in 5 to 8 business days after your order ships. Express shipping is a flat $15, with delivery in 3 to 5 business days after your order ships. Rates are shown before payment.

Address and delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us for an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the buyer's cost. Once a carrier marks an order delivered, responsibility for the package passes to you. If a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact the carrier first, then email us and we will help where we can.
