Return and refund policy

All sales are final.

Every piece is made and finished by hand in Las Vegas in small numbers, and most cannot be remade. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, fit, or sizing. Measurements are listed on every product page. Please check them before ordering.

Because pieces are allocated the moment an order is placed, we cannot change sizes or cancel an order after checkout.

Damaged or incorrect items
If a piece arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item or size, email admin@inpassing.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement where one exists, or issue a full refund to the original payment method where it does not. An error on our part is never treated as final sale.
